Claypot pak kut tae

This is what i call PAK KUT TAE! 
In my family, we only eat par kut tae in Klang or one of the restaurant in Sungai Buloh, near Subang 2 the 'old airport'. you can say we are picky with it when comes to pak kut tae.
the par kut tae come with claypot that how we want it. ( we don.t like serve in normal big bowl, some shop are serve with that.) 
Soup was flavor with herbs and thick, and the pork ribs ( we always order pork ribs, we call that 'small bones') were tender and chewy.Normally we will also ordered another bowl of fu chuk, the fu chuk had a nice crunch.


for the rice we ordered oil rice, add with onion oil and abit of pork oil.
plate of yau ja kuai and allot of chilly padi. 





The final touch when comes to end~ :d
Total bill $$ RM43 for 3 of us.
