Sarawak noddle

this is call Sarawak noddle, noting special but is fly from Sarawak and past me from a friend hand.
From pristine underwater marine life and untouched coral reefs to rich heritage and from wilderness to modern city landscape, Sarawak is a potpourri of experiences appreciated by travellers from all over the world. Head into Sarawak's interiors and your heartbeat will flutter at the fascinating and enchanting dances of the multi-ethnic tribes living harmoniously with each other.
Indeed, Sarawak is home to 28 ethnic groups; each with its own distinct language, culture and lifestyle.  The Ibans form the major ethnic group on this land with about 30.1 per cent of the total population for the year 2000 census. The Chinese who generally live in the cities are the second largest group at 26.7 per cent, followed by the Bidayuh, Melanau and other native tribes of Sarawak. The Malays also constitute a large portion (23 per cent) of the population as well, mainly concentrated along the coast.
Sarawakians practise a variety of religions, including Islam, Christianity, Chinese folk religion (a fusion of Buddhism, Taoism, Confucianism and ancestor worship), Baha'i and animism. Many converts to Christianity among the Dayak people also continue to practice traditional ceremonies, particularly with dual marriage rites and during the important harvest and ancestral festivals such as Gawai Dayak and Gawai Antu.

Ordered for my self a small version Matterhorn Burger. the meat is fresh, but the fries is so- so.

Mix Gill, serve with pork fillet, Chicken thigh, lamp chop, and banger sausage with mashed potatoes and sauerkraut.

look at the juicy meat, tempting now?

we ordered another dish, Spaghetti Carbonara serve with bacon, ham and cream sauce.

enjoying my burger~~~ for next visit i will ordered their competition burger. the 3KG burger!
i do wanted to order that when i ask about it, but they don't do walk in. you need to call them up 3 to 4 hour before so they can prepare the burger for you. i ask a silly question, 'why? you guys got allot of meat?' the waiter smile at me and say. ' because we want the meat fresh, so we only do it by order'. that a good answer! :D ( i don't know, that why i ask. )

Little Dim Sum Place

Taking dim sum off the streets where they are more frequently dished up in a ruckus-like environment, A Little Dim Sum Place is different. They do all the old favorites but with an attention to detail that guarantees quality (and of course without the noisy disturbance or pretension). Its many specialties include wu kok (deep fried yam puff), har gao (prawn dumplings) and char siew bao (honey barbecued pork buns)...if you still have the appetite. and ofcause, because i like this place. :P
here are the Sunshine Bun which have these sweetened egg yolk oozing out of the bun.and ofcause can't miss out Char Siew Bao.

Banango prawn fritter RM6, when every time visit this place, for sure me and my friends will ordered this.

Another one of their well known dishes is the Bacon Roll
we order few more dish, just forgotten to take a picture before eating it. :p
