herber noddle at tong sifu

Having dinner with abby at Tong Sifu in One Utama shopping centre. is expensive, but once is a time will be fine, i like the soup, because is really taste the herbs.

I ordering abalone chicken herbs noddle. RM11.80
they have few more dish i would like to try next time.

hakkah wo-zi-pan

 This is a Chinese Hak Kah new year dish, we call it WO- ZI- PAN. my aunt make them early this year, and my mum cant resist to cook them, and me can't resist to eat them. :d
Is make out from Yam or you call that Taro root. that vegetable like a big big potato. My brother tell me before, grandmum use to make this when is hot, her hand when in the yam and the flour while the steam hot air is all over the big bowl and the aroma of the yam is all over the kitchen. and i remember i use to help or so call play with it. to pock a hold in the middle on the 'ball' 
is a very complicated dish. steam the yam and the flour, mix them together when their still hot mean just come out from the 'steam room' add the salt and etc... then roll it till become a big fat snake. then...( forgotten, lost memory :p)  when cooking time, you need dry prawn, Chinese mushroom, celery, not the big type.fish oil, etc... same, one word, is a very complicated dish. but I LIKE IT! <3 num num num num num~~~


Weekend dinner at home tonight. soup of the night will be Tafu soup. we call that Ham-Chui Tafu soup. all it take is tafu, tomatoes, Ham-chui. 

Roast pork bought from market. a bowl of rice. delicious home cook dinner ^^ yum yum~

Home made Sui kau. ( Dumpling)

This week i feel like making Sui Kau my own. sui kau mean dumpling. and this few week I'm in the really eating mood...that is really really totally not a good sign. so i come out a new recipes that wouldn't make me that FAT!!!  

Bought this 'skin' in Tesco, normally what i like to use is the normal type chinese Sui Kau skin that come in yellow. but this time i would like to try using japan dumpling skin. the colour in snow white, and the skin more tighten.
ingredients ofcause more veggies!!! :p 
3 big Taufu cut till...you like... :p and 2 middle carrot, and 5 to 6 water chestnuts.
 I add another 200g of pork meat. soya sauce, pepper, salt, and oyster sauce and an egg. mix well all together.

wala!!! here are all the Sui Kau that make from me. ^^

Cook it with more veggies and spinach Noddle. The soup i put in the whole chicken bone and 2 big apple. no salt added in the soup. is so sweet that my mum though i put a chicken stock.

The left over meat and veggies what i do is add another egg and a-bit of flour fried it. another yummy dish. ^^

a nice lunch box full of dim sum,  all the dim sum is my favorite too. and the most important...from my mum hand~  <3 love you mum!

Choong Kee Kampar Claypot Rice

I'm not a rice person. but this is the first time i love clay pot rice. yes! LOVE! i'm using a strong word here...LOVE!!! and till now this is the only shop i been so far. the only clay pot rice i eat!!! the rice is just nice, got the tender chewing and totally just nice.... speechless.
tonight only eating with my girl friend. but we already ordering the big pot. we ordered Mix (Cham in chinese) clay pot Rice. RM13.00. Chicken, salted fish, Chinese sausage. using by their home make black soya sos.

veggies we ordered Yau choi - Choi Sam RM6

and a middle bowl pock tummy soup. allot allot allot of pepper... i LIKE!!!

Taman Megah pasar malam

This is the first time snapping picture in pasar malam. as usual, when you take a picture no matter using your phone or a nice DSLR. for sure they the buyer or the owner will look at you... well~ maybe this time i got the mood to 'who care!' :p

Saw this before in Cheras pasar malam but din't get the change to buy it. too long Q at Cheras side. well~ at here i get to try it finally.

Little Dim Sum Place

Taking dim sum off the streets where they are more frequently dished up in a ruckus-like environment, A Little Dim Sum Place is different. They do all the old favorites but with an attention to detail that guarantees quality (and of course without the noisy disturbance or pretension). Its many specialties include wu kok (deep fried yam puff), har gao (prawn dumplings) and char siew bao (honey barbecued pork buns)...if you still have the appetite. and ofcause, because i like this place. :P  
here are the Sunshine Bun which have these sweetened egg yolk oozing out of the bun.and ofcause can't miss out Char Siew Bao.

Banango prawn fritter RM6, when every time visit this place, for sure me and my friends will ordered this.

Another one of their well known dishes is the Bacon Roll 
we order few more dish, just forgotten to take a picture before eating it. :p

dark chocolate cookies

Here come the dark chocolate army!!! bought allot of cookie cutter this few month. but didn't have the mood to do it... :p 
And today, baking my best friend birthday cake, might as well try it. it work. nice to play with it too. kekeke
For the first time baking cookies i try using rose flour. and add with dark chocolate and coco powder. bake for only 12 min. done!
 i will fight till die! you white bread monster!

 you have ate one of my hand off! but i still will fight till the end!

Tony Roma got a promotion for ribs when we will there for dinner before movie. look at all those juicy delicious beef ribs.is a total of 10 ribs and i get 3. the rest...another tummy.
